Tufting workshop for beginners Veenendaal

During this workshop, you will learn all the ins and outs of tufting.

What you can expect from the workshop:
– You will be guided by an experienced tufter (3 years of experience and more than 1.5 years of experience in giving workshops)
– The studio is arranged so that there is sufficient workspace for everyone and there is a cozy table where you can take a quiet break.
– You will transfer your pattern onto the fabric.
– You will learn to work with the tufting machine.
– If interested, maintenance of the machine can be explained.
– If interested, materials can be purchased to start working at home. During the workshop, you will also receive a 10% discount on these.
– You will receive instructions for gluing your carpet.

Funky Studio has 6 patterns available to choose from or you can choose your own pattern. Keep in mind that the pattern should not be too detailed. You can find many possibilities on Pinterest.
You will receive a container of glue and instructions to glue your small carpet yourself. It’s more fun this way, as you can take your work home immediately.
Furthermore, all necessary materials, coffee and tea, and the use of equipment are included.

Additional information for the workshop will follow approximately one week before the start of the workshop.

This workshop starts at 13:00 or 19:00 and will last three to four hours.

For all workshops, you must be able-bodied (tufting is done standing) and you must be at least 14 years old.

Cancellation for the workshop must be done at least 7 days in advance. If there are special circumstances, please contact us. No money will be refunded, but the workshop will be rescheduled.
