We have added a fantastic “new” product to our range. Not entirely new, of course, as this hobby has existed for a long time and was known as knotting or by the brand name Smyrna. But now RICO design has released this hobby in a super beautiful new look and they call it hooki hooki.
How does it work exactly?
It’s actually very quick to learn. You work with a coarse canvas in which you knot threads around the canvas using a knotting hook. This allows you to use different colors to create images, but also different heights of yarn to create height differences in your work.
You can get started with a standard kit, great for relaxation and also easy to do on the couch while watching TV. These kits are completely inclusive, so you can start right away.
You can also get creative and buy all the supplies separately, allowing you to make anything your creativity can imagine.
