Here you will find an overview of the data we process, why we need it, on what legal basis, and how long we will retain this data.
We process your name, email address, address details, and bank details that are necessary to provide our services optimally based on the agreement. Without this data, we cannot properly execute the agreement. For example, we cannot ship the book if we do not have the details.
We keep this data for 7 years (this is the legal retention period for the Tax Authorities).
If you unexpectedly have a complaint about our services, we will process your name, email, and the content of this complaint to come to the best possible solution for you. We use this data for optimal execution of the agreement. We will keep the data until this complaint has been handled.
To enable and optimize our website, we use analytics services. We have a commercial interest (legitimate interest) in using your browsing behavior on our website and related data to analyze and improve our service where necessary (see article 6).
We will track your use of our website with Google Analytics and are bound by Google’s retention periods.
When you fill out the contact form on our website, we process, with your explicit consent, your name, email, phone number, and other information you wish to fill in on the form. We keep data from completed contact forms until your question has been processed and handled.

- Objection – You can object to the processing of your data with the legal basis being the legitimate interest of funky studio>
- Data transfer – If you wish to transfer your data to another provider, funky studio will provide your data in a structured and common format that can be opened by common digital systems.
- Automated processing – You may always let us know your position on an automated decision by funky studio and have this decision reconsidered by a third person.
- Withdrawal – When we have processed data based on your explicit consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent. This may have consequences for the services we can provide to you.
To exercise your rights, you can send a request to contact@funkystudio.nl. We will assess your request as quickly as possible. When we cannot comply with your request, we will let you know why we are rejecting your request.
