Cooling-off period/return
It may occasionally happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because the product doesn’t meet your expectations or there might be another reason why you no longer want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
An exception to this is the workshop, which must be canceled at least 1 week in advance to be eligible for a refund of the costs. In case of illness, the workshop will be resceduled.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the item from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €7.25 per package, please consult your carrier’s website for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us via contact@funkystudio.nl. We will then refund the due order amount within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been received back in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this depreciation of the product. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure that it is well packaged when returned.
Want to exchange a product?
Do you want to exchange your product? That’s not a problem at all. You can contact us at contact@funkystudio.nl for this. However, you bear the costs for returning the product yourself.
I have provided an incorrect delivery address!
Accidentally provided an incorrect delivery address? Then contact us as soon as possible. We will try to change the order for you.

We carefully do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 PM on the same day. However, we don’t always manage to achieve this. Sometimes products are out of stock, and the delivery of your order may take a bit longer. The delivery time depends on the country of destination and the delivery service used. If there is a delay for any reason, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The prices mentioned are exclusive of shipping costs. The shipping costs within the Netherlands are:
€2.95 for orders that fit through the mailbox
€5.95 for orders under €150
Free for orders from €150
Delivery is carried out by the PostNL mail carrier or package delivery person. This may be deviated from due to unforeseen circumstances. Generally, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.
