I’ve long hesitated whether I wanted to share this, but it’s getting out of hand and I’d like to explain what you can expect from me when you buy equipment from me.
The problem
Lately, I’ve been frequently approached by people who have problems with a tufting gun not purchased from Funky Studio. Now, I’m not one to turn people away, so I help if I can immediately provide an answer to the problem remotely. But that’s where it ends. I come across tufting guns bought on Amazon that are missing parts, tufting guns purchased in India or China where parts break after just two uses, or where the tufting gun simply stops working. You can probably see what I’m up against. Before I chose which tufting guns to sell, I contacted 6 different manufacturers and tested the tufting guns. As a result, I can confidently provide a guarantee for the materials I sell and will always continue to make efforts in this regard.
What guarantee
When you buy products from Funky Studio’s webshop, you always have a two-week reflection period (legally determined). So as long as you haven’t used the products, you can return them and receive a refund of the purchase costs.
Additionally, at Funky Studio you get a six-month warranty on the functionality of the devices. It’s of course important that you maintain these according to the instructions, but apart from that, nothing should break in the first six months. If this does happen, we first try to assess the problem remotely and see if it can be easily resolved (which is usually the case). If not, the device may be returned. I will then examine it. If it’s not possible to repair the device, you’ll receive a new device free of charge.
After these six months, I still help where possible, so you can certainly still approach me even then.
